200 Hour YoGA
teacher training
NOBLE Yoga 200-hour YTT
Noble is committed to providing the highest level of yogic education to each one of our trainees, with real-time and personalized feedback on their practice and instructional style. Each student-teacher completing our training will have been provided a strong foundation and knowledge in yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, and sequencing. Through hands on experiences and practice teaching within the program, the learner will be guided to find their own unique voice as an authentic and empathetic teacher confident in the material and primed to be attuned to prospective yogis they will guide going forward.
Vulnerability is a key tenet of Noble’s teaching and community philosophy. Providing learning materials, class experiences and an environment where student-teachers can feel safe in their individual process, as well as empowered and encouraged by the learning experience is a crucial part of our intention as a teaching studio.
We are very excited to share our training and cultivate a strong community of practitioners and teachers alike, who will continue to pass on this incredible practice and culture of empathy.
“The future is completely open, and we are writing it moment to moment.”
– Pema Chödrön

CONTENT
Noble’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is grounded in the styles of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with Iyengar influences. Our training system will include teachings in breath-work, meditation, hands-on assists and mindfulness. Our methodology incorporates lecture alongside facets of kinaesthetic awareness whereby student-teachers can practically utilize the theoretical component of each lesson during their process of curating as well as delivering classes.
There is an expectation that our student-teachers will respect the intimate relationship between themselves and those they guide during class. Being accountable and responsible to the role as teacher is paramount, but honouring the importance of the shared commitment and unique journey of each yogi is critical.
The unfolding course lessons will explore concepts and body awareness that may be new or unfamiliar to the student-teacher requiring of them to be engaged and fully present with an open heart and mind. Though our training is a dense learning experience, the material is delivered within a human-centric framework that identifies learning styles and embraces vulnerability with the intent of empowering and nourishing the learner.
