Lisa Brown

Lisa was originally introduced to yoga as a therapeutic aid during her recovery from injury. It was during this time that the practice itself provided an unexpected benefit - a deeper grounding of her values and connection to self.

The distinct connection between the mind and body are highlighted during Lisa’s classes. She encourages her students to move through each class as a means of creative expression and holistic exploration, with the hopeful intent it will culminate in a deeper wellness, as well as revealing introspective experience.
