Michelle Dietrich

It was as an adolescent that Michelle began her practice of yoga as an adjunct to her training in dance and figure skating. During her eventual career in the ‘technology industry’ the importance of yoga became more evident resulting in a deeper dive into the practice as a means to further enrich and bring balance to her life. 

Built upon meditation and the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative; Michelle’s teaching style is dynamic and playful, encouraging her students to explore the expanse of their minds and bodies whereby they can let go of inhibitions and embrace their inner yogi.
