Mel Spooner

Mel’s yoga journey started over 20 years as a compliment to her triathlon career.

As a professional athlete she was driven, exploring the limits of her mind and body in the pursuit of her athletic goals.

By virtue of that exploration Mel also discovered a kinder, gentler means to realize her goals by incorporating the practice of yoga.

Through yoga Mel found a deeper connection and love for her pursuits, embraced the power in vulnerability and infused her life with greater passion and empathy not only for herself but for others.
